A MetcCon (Metabolic Conditioning) fitness class is designed to improve your overall fitness level by combining high-intensity interval training (HIIT) with functional movements. These classes typically involve a mix of cardio, strength training, and bodyweight exercises, aimed at maximizing calorie burn and enhancing endurance, strength, and agility. 

Participants can expect a dynamic workout that varies each session, often incorporating elements such as kettlebell swings, burpees, box jumps, and rowing.

The class is suitable for all fitness levels, with modifications available to ensure everyone can participate effectively. The fast-paced environment promotes motivation and camaraderie among participants, making it an engaging way to achieve fitness goals while having fun.

Women of all fitness levels come together in a supportive and empowering environment to participate in a group workout led by a certified personal trainer. The focus of the session is on improving overall fitness, strength, and endurance.

The workout will help develop speed, fitness, agility and power- all designed to sculp the body you desire and punch the stress away from the day.

This class incorporates a full body strength workout that varies each session but will always hit the full body and finish with a high paced challenging finisher. Generally 80/20 strength/finisher.

Circuits

A high intensity, fast paced workout that will sculpt your body and torch body fat.

There are multiple stations that you will make your way around for an allotted time performing as many reps as possible.

Warrior (Copy)

Warrior

Warrior is for all fitness levels as the weights can be scaled to your ability. The class is very functional and uses barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells and core. The class can be intense and will get the very best from you. its an amazing full body workout.
